Zucchini Eggs with Feta

To make, finely chop 1 large zucchini, 1 shallot, and 4 cloves of garlic. Heat your pan on medium heat with some olive oil, add the zucchini, shallots, and garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes until zucchini has softened. Create 4 little divots and then add a little bit of butter to each! Crack in 4 eggs, and cook until whites have fully set. Remove from heat and top with feta, chopped parsley, and chopped dill. Season with salt, pepper, and aleppo pepper!
