Wonton Soup!!

Add the baby bok choy, shitake mushrooms, ginger, chicken stock/broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, and white pepper to a medium pot. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to a light simmer.

In a separate small pot, boil some water to cook the wontons. Add the wontons, and cook for 3-4 minutes depending on their size, making sure not to overcook. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Wontons should float to the top when they’re ready.

Remove the wontons and add to your bowls. Top with the broth and veggies, and then garnish with chili oil and scallions.
