Vegan and Gluten-Free Cauliflower Wings

To make cauliflower, preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup almond flour, 1 teaspoon onion powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic powder until smooth. Break up 1 head of cauliflower into pieces. Coat the cauliflower pieces in the almond milk batter, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, flip, and bake for a remaining 10 minutes. Use about 3/4 cup hot sauce and toss the cauliflower in the sauce (you can do this on the baking sheet). Put back into the oven, and bake for a remaining 5-10 minutes until cauliflower just begins to crisp.
