Life is just better with tater tots in it, especially when you turn them into waffles and top them with a spicy cashew cheese spread, mashed avocado, and a fried egg.

Instructions

To make the tot waffles, let tots thaw for about 30 minutes (it’s okay if you cheat and cook them a little early). Spray your waffle iron with avocado oil or another oil to grease. Add tots in a single line so they touch. Season with salt and pepper or any spices you want. Close the waffle iron, pressing down so the tots meld together. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tots are nice and crispy.
