Spiralized Sweet Potato Bun Turkey Burgers

1. **Prepare Sweet Potato Buns:** Spiralize one Japanese sweet potato. Cook the spiralized sweet potato in a pan for 7-8 minutes until soft.
2. In a bowl, mix the cooked spiralized sweet potato with 1-2 eggs (depending on the size of your sweet potato) and 2 tablespoons of almond flour. Season with Primal Palate New Bae seasoning to taste.
3. Spread the mixture on a cutting board or hard flat surface. Use the back of a ramekin or a small bowl as a cookie cutter to form two bun shapes.
4. Transfer the bun shapes back to a pan with a little oil. Fry both sides until golden brown and firm, flattening with a spatula as they cook.
5. **Prepare Grilled Onions:** Slice half an onion. In a separate pan, melt about 1/2 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and grill until softened and caramelized. Mix in approximately 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese until melted and combined with the onions.
6. **Assemble the Burger:** Cook the frozen turkey burger patty according to package directions.
7. Assemble your burger: Place a cooked turkey burger patty on one sweet potato bun. Top with the grilled onion and cheddar mixture, half an avocado (sliced or mashed), a drizzle of buffalo hot sauce, a dollop of Dijon mustard, and a handful of kale micro greens. Cover with the second sweet potato bun. Serve immediately.
