Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Whisk together 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 1 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (or 1 scoop of protein powder), 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Grease a donut pan and fill each mold 3/4 of the way to the top. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from the pan.

To make the chocolate frosting: In a small pot, melt 2 tablespoons coconut butter with 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil and 0.5 oz dark chocolate (a few squares). Stir together until evenly combined. Spoon the frosting over the cooled donuts. Top with extra chopped chocolate bar if desired, along with toasted marshmallows. Toast marshmallows over the stove or with a kitchen torch.
