Puff Pastry Pears Stuffed with Brie, Walnuts, and Jam!

1. Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel your pears, and then cut off the bottoms. Scoop out the pears and hollow them out at least halfway through.
2. Cut the brie into 1-inch wedges. Roughly chop the walnuts, and then mix together the walnuts and jam in a bowl. Stuff the brie into the pears, and then add some jam until the pear is full.
3. Cut one of your puff pastry into squares and strips, using the video as reference. You can use the extra puff pastry sheet for remaining strips and for leaf cutouts.
4. On the parchment-lined baking sheet, place each pear over one square of puff pastry, and fold over the pear. Wrap the pear in the strips until the whole thing is covered, and top with a leaf cutout, if desired. Brush with egg, and then bake for 20-30 minutes until pastry is golden. Drizzle with honey, and serve!
