Mini Creamy Chickpea Avocado Collard Wraps

1. Steam the collard wrap greens over boiling water until softened.
2. Carefully slice off the thickest part of the stem from each collard leaf to make them easier to roll.
3. In a bowl, mash together the chickpeas, avocado, garlic sauerkraut, and tzatziki until creamy.
4. Spoon the chickpea mixture onto the prepared collard greens and roll them into wraps.
