Mexican Turkey Taco Cauliflower Gnocchi

Prepare Trader Joe's Cauliflower Gnocchi according to package directions. In a separate pan, sauté ground turkey meat with taco seasoning until cooked through. If making vegan, sauté black beans with taco seasoning instead. In another pan, sauté chopped poblano peppers and onions until tender. Melt the Miyoko's Creamery dairy-free mozzarella. Once all components are prepared, combine the cooked gnocchi, seasoned turkey (or black beans), sautéed peppers and onions, melted mozzarella, chopped tomatoes, sliced avocado, broccoli micro greens, and hemp seeds in a large bowl. Mix gently and serve warm.
