Lemon Zucchini Pasta

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. While the pasta is boiling, prepare the lemon zucchini sauce. Heat up olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Add zucchini, and cook for about 10 minutes until zucchini starts to get soft and jammy. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
2. Mix in the garlic, and cook for another minute. Add in the lemon juice, and lower the heat. Cook for 1-2 minutes until zucchini mixes with the lemon to make a bit of a sauce.
3. When the water is boiling, add the pasta, and cook until al dente (about 3 minutes for fresh pasta). Add the pasta to the pan with the zucchini lemon sauce along with Parmesan cheese, and toss until everything is evenly coated and warm. Serve with a little bit of fresh basil and parsley.
