Elevate your classic garlic bread with a homemade herbed butter infused with slow-roasted garlic confit. Made with sustainable Anchor Organic CarbonZero™ Certified Butter, fresh basil, parsley, and chives, this bread and butter combo is pure magic.
To make garlic confit: Preheat oven to 300 F. Add garlic cloves to an oven safe dish along with rosemary, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Bake for 1 hour until cloves are tender. Let cool as quickly as possible and refrigerate immediately.
To make herb butter: Add your room temperature butter to a bowl along with about 10 cloves of the garlic confit, all your herbs (basil, parsley, chives), and a pinch of salt. Mash and mix together with a fork until everything is evenly combined and the butter is smooth.
For assembly: Increase your oven temperature to 350 F. Cut your baguette in half lengthwise, and then slice each half into 4 pieces. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet, and spread the herbed garlic butter evenly on each of the pieces. Add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan onto each piece. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until the butter is fully melted and the bread is crispy and golden.
