This breakfast from the other morning blew my mind: Garlicy Brown Rice and Kale with a Fried Egg, Spicy Yogurt Sauce, Radish Sprouts, and Furikake.

1 fl oz sriracha

1 garlic

1 cup cooked brown rice

1 bunch radish sprouts

1 oz butter

1 fl oz olive oil

1 bunch kale

1 oz Furikake

1 fl oz red wine vinegar

½ cup greek yogurt

1 egg

Instructions

Sauté some garlic and kale in some olive oil, and mix in some cooked brown rice. Add to a bowl, and then in the same pan, fry an egg in some butter until the edges are crispy and the yolk is runny. Transfer to your rice. Mix together a scoop of Greek yogurt with a squirt of sriracha and mix in a splash of vinegar (red, white, apple, whatever) to thin it out. Drizzle over the bowl and top with your sprouts and furikake seasoning!
