Crispy “Gyro” Seasoned Baked Fries with Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce — kinda like tzatziki, but without the cucumbers! Fries inspired by some amazing Greek flavors To make, preheat oven to 425 F. cut 1 russet potato into wedges. Add to a bowl and toss with olive oil and seasoning (I didn’t measure, I just shake shake shake until it looks right. I used @primalpalate Super Gyro seasoning, but you can use a blend of oregano, marjoram, thyme, cumin, garlic, etc.) Spread on a baking sheet so that no fries are overlapping, and bake for 25 min, flip, and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Fries should be crispy and golden. Toss them in 2 cloves of crushed garlic and flake salt when they’re ready, and serve with a little bit of Greek yogurt mixed with a squeeze of lemon, a drizzle of olive oil, and some fresh dill.
